Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Cinque Terre, and the hotel has stunning views. The free shuttle is a nice touch, making it easy to get to town. The pool and wellness facilities were great. we felt very relaxed.
The omelette at breakfast wasn't cooked quite right, and we had to queue due to the serving restrictions from the buffet.

Beautiful outdoor pool area.
I was very disappointed with the slow reception service. Upon arrival, it took forever to check in, and requesting a taxi felt like a huge ordeal. The overall decor seemed outdated, and for over €500 a night, it definitely didn’t provide value for money.
